We assist with the administration of both simple and complex estates upon an individual’s death.  

We work closely with the executor (or other legal representative of the estate) to explain the rules governing the administration process and provide guidance throughout this challenging time.

We prepare any legal documents necessary to settle the estate and advise the executor regarding the process of collecting assets, paying all debts, taxes and administration expenses, and ultimately distributing the net assets in accordance with the decedent’s estate plan.
